A drone's eye view, as seen Tuesday, of the temporary one-season dome for the Pat O'Donnell Civic Center that was inflated over the weekend. The dome replaces the roof and walls that were damaged by heavy snow last March and removed so the facility can still be used for the 2019-2020 winter season. The city's insurance company installed the dome and will build a permanent facility on the same foundation starting next spring.
