Jason Michael Younk

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - On Jan. 7, 2020, we said goodbye to our beloved husband, son and friend, Jason Michael Younk of Bergland, Mich., Tampa, Fla., and Kansas City. Jason passed quietly after valiantly battling a serious illness, surrounded by his wife and mother.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandmother, Yvonne, with whom he was extremely close.

Jason will be remembered for his smile, energy, sense of humor and quick wit.

Jason is survived by his wife, Jennifer; mother, Sharon; grandfather, George; step-father, Jim; brother Jeremy; two nephews, Chase and Carson; a niece, Harper; as well as a large extended family.

A graveside service will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Bergland, in the spring.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jerald Rocco, owner and manager of Lakeside Memorial Chapel Inc., in Wakefield, Mich.
