Jeanette (Boyer) Legg

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Jeanette (Boyer) Legg passed away on Jan. 11, 2020, after a short illness in Columbus, Ohio. She was born Aug. 30, 1920, in Ironwood, Michigan to Wilbrod and Alice Boyer. Jeanette graduated as valedictorian in 1938 from St. Ambrose High School.

She spent her career as a medical technologist. She was predeceased by her parents, parents in-law, husband, Ellis Legg; siblings, Francis, “Larry,” Dorothy and Ray Boyer; and nephews, Lawrence “Bart” and William Boyer.

She is survived by nephews, John (Kathy) Boyer and Dave “Jim” (Gretchen) Boyer of Arizona, niece Barbara “Boyer” (Michael) Buda of Michigan and niece-in-law, Rosalyn Boyer of Michigan and several grand nephews and nieces.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Feb. 18, in Columbus, Ohio.
