IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP -- After last week’s board of trustees meeting was canceled due to a possible COVID-19 exposure, Ironwood Township officials are expecting the Oct. 26 meeting to be held remotely.
“Next meeting will be a virtual (meeting), we are following the governor’s orders,” Supervisor Jim Simmons said, referring to the state law which Gov. Whitmer signed Friday, allowing government bodies to meet remotely during the pandemic.
