BRUCE CROSSING, Mich. – B. John Wolfe, 70, of Bruce Crossing, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020.
John was born on May 15, 1950, in Ironwood, a son of Jim and Ingrid (Korsman) Wolfe. He attended Ewen-Trout Creek School and graduated in 1968.
After graduation, John moved to Milwaukee and was employed at Briggs & Stratton/Strattec Security Corporation for more than 30 years.
On Dec. 13, 1969, John married the love of his life, Val Nara. He was one of the very best! They made their home in the Milwaukee area until retirement and then moved back to the Upper Peninsula.
John is survived by his bride of 50 years, Val; two sons, Jonathan (Jeannine) and Chad (Colleen); four grandchildren, Avery, Bennett, Isabella and Lily (They were his pride and joy!); four sisters; two brothers; numerous nieces and nephews; and so many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at a later date.
