GREENFIELD, Wis. - Dennis John Kapets, beloved husband, father and grandpa, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 28, 2021.
Dennis was born on Aug. 6,1942, in Ironwood, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Minnnesota-Moorhead with a degree in physical education. He married the love of his life, Nancy Retkowski, on Aug. 10, 1968. They celebrated 52 years together.

Dennis loved and respected both kids and colleagues in the Sussex Hamilton School District, where he taught P.E. and coached JV football for many years. The students all loved and respected Mr. K., as well.
