COON RAPIDS, Minn. - Theresa Marie (Fudaly) Jesberg, of Coon Rapids, passed away peacefully at her home with her husband by her side on May 13, 2021, after a six-year battle with breast cancer.
Theresa was born Jan. 6, 1957, and raised in Ironwood, Michigan. She completed two years of college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, then moved to Minnesota and married Ron Jesberg in 1983. Theresa retired from her career after the birth of her first son to dedicate herself to homeschooling her children from kindergarten through 12th grade, all of whom went on to receive college degrees. Afterwards, she enrolled at University of Northwestern in St. Paul to finish her degree in psychology and also helped her husband, Ron, finish his degree at Bethel University in St. Paul.
Theresa was a wise counselor, devoted friend, mother, and wife who loved her family, her cat, Blossom, and walking along ocean beaches. Theresa was a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit.
She was preceded in death by parents, Irving and Mary; and brother, Tom Fudaly.
She is survived by sisters, Donna (Mel) Rutlin, and Karen (Mark) Simmons; brothers, Paul Fudaly and David Fudaly; husband, Ron; and her sons, Timothy (Pravina), Jonathan and Samuel.
Many thanks to all her friends who prayed and helped, as well as the staff, nurses, and Dr. King at Minnesota Oncology in Fridley, who contributed to the laughter, joy, comfort and care that Theresa experienced.
