The first scheduled flight of Denver Air Connection arrives at Gogebic-Iron County Airport at 12:14 p.m. Friday, to start a two-year contract as the regional Essential Air Service. The airline will provide six-day jet service to and from Chicago and Minneapolis. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for noon on Monday.
