BURNSVILLE, Minn. - Douglas Kenneth Wuorinen, 60, of Burnsville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021.
Douglas was born on June 23, 1961, in Wakefield, Michigan, the son of Kenneth and Beverly (Hill) Wuorinen.
Doug attended Washington School in Bessemer, Michigan, until his family moved to Bloomington in August 1973. In Bloomington, he attended Olson Middle School and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He received several certificates for auto body repair, welding and sheet metal working from Hennepin Technical College in Eden Prairie.
For more than 25 years, Doug was employed at the Midwest/Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling in Eagan until his passing.

Doug had a unique sense of humor and could make you laugh at a moment's notice. He was one of the most kindhearted people, never out to hurt anyone or their feelings. He loved animals, frequently adopting his companions from the rescue shelter.
