Coming down

Paul Tilton, an excavator operator with Angelo Luppino Inc., takes a break on Friday from work to remove a former motel on the 200 block of East Cloverland Drive in Ironwood. The work is to make way for a Kwik Trip convenience store, bakery, fueling station and car wash that is scheduled to be started by May 2022, and open later in the fall, according to previous reports, and bringing approximately 30 new jobs to the area.
