Erin Kathleen Farrar

MERCER, Wis. - Erin Farrar, age 50, of Mercer, passed away peacefully at Marshfield Hospital on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022.

Erin was born in Oregon, Wis., and was the first daughter of Dennis and Lynda Farrar. She graduated from Oregon High School and was named Miss Oregon. Erin was the proud owner of Around the Corner Pub in Mercer and was involved in the Wisconsin Tavern League, where she was elected and served as secretary. Erin's personality and smile were contagious. She surrounded herself with many friends wherever she was. Her love for travel took her around the world and she enjoyed making those memories with her father.

Erin is survived by her parents, Lynda and Dennis; brother, Erik (Billie) Farrar; sister, Elin Tempel; nephew, Casey Farrar; nieces, Morgan Farrar, and Sydney and Sophie Tempel; and many close friends.

A celebration of life in Mercer will be announced at a future date.
