Mark Richard Casari

HURLEY, Wis. — Mark Richard Casari, 61, of Hurley, passed away on Monday, Sept. 12, 2023, at Westgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ironwood, Michigan.

Mark was born on Feb. 9, 1962, to Ermenio and Janet (Valsuano) Casari in Ironwood. He was a graduate of J.E. Murphy High School in Hurley. Mark was employed by Bessemer Plywood.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Casari; brothers, David (Joy) of Hurley, Michael (Tracy) of Ironwood and Scott of Hurley; niece and nephews, Marissa, Josh, Cory and Sage; great-nephews, Vincenzo and Finley; and aunts, Kathy DeLucca and Elizabeth Friedin.

Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Becky (Minier) Casari; father, Ermenio; and two brothers, Robert and Dale.

Burial has taken place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hurley.
