Frances E. Trier

FRANKLIN, Wis. - Frances E. Trier was born to life on Dec. 12, 1933, in Ironwood, Michigan, and born to Eternal Life on Thursday, Sept. 7, 2023, in Franklin, at age 89.

Frances was the loving mother of Tom (Kathleen), Jeff (the late Anna), Teresa (the late Paul) Gollakner, Cindy (Dave) Krukowski, Dianna (Chuck) Bristor, Joan (Robert) Sniedze and Craig (Diane Countey); and dear grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 10. She was preceded in death by a grandchild.

She was also the dear sister of Charlie (Allie) Magdziak and Dorothy (the late Richard) Wolcyk; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Frances was a retiree of Inland-Ryerson Steel, where she was employed as an accountant. She was a strong woman and a loving mother.

Visitation will be held at the Bruskiewitz Funeral Home, 5355 W. Forest Home Ave., in Milwaukee, on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 1 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. A private interment is planned.
