Patricia Ann Smith

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Patricia Ann Smith, age 63, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at her home in Ormond Beach, Florida, with her family at her side. Pat was born on June 23, 1960, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Donald D. Smith of Eben Junction, Michigan, and Jeanette L Smith (Hatt) of Flint, Michigan.

Pat attended Luther L Wright High School in Ironwood, Michigan, from which she graduated. She married Wayne A. Braun, and they had three beautiful children, Angela (Mike) Dollaway of Ormond Beach, Alicia (Nick) Dyon of Ironwood, and Wayne (Billie Jo) Braun of Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin.

She was blessed with 13 beautiful grandchildren that she loved deeply and was very proud of, including Taylor, Austin, Eli and Kian Dollaway; Caitlyn, Anakah, McKenna, Nevaeh, Janessa and Zaidyn Dyon; and Wayne, Hunter and Cohlten Braun.

Pat loved the outdoors, where she took pleasure in gardening, bird watching, camping and rock-picking along the lakeshore. Her favorite time of year was Christmas and the first snowfall. She enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles. She could transform any space into a beautiful and warm environment where everyone was welcome.

She had a beautiful spirit and a heart for the Lord, and it showed in everything she did. She is deeply missed by all who knew her.
