GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — Bruce Robert Siskonen, 79, passed away on June 25, 2024, at his home in Grand Haven, Michigan, following a two-year battle with cancer.
He was born Feb. 21, 1945, in Salinas, California, to Elmer and Marnie (Maki) Siskonen. He grew up in Ironwood and attended area schools, graduating from Luther L. Wright High School in 1963. He finished his education at Gogebic Community College and graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1968. He pursued a successful career in medical sales, retiring as a vice president of marketing.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Roseanne; sons, Eric, Craig and Todd; sister, Beth (Gilman) Hill; brother, David Anderson; niece, Lea Miskovich; and step-daughters, Michelle Thomson and Lori Smith. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Seth and Sara; six step-grandchildren; and a cousin and dear friend, Lyle Boucher.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
