AT LEFT, Heidi DeRosso, coordinator of the Gogebic County Office of Emergency Management/911, accepts a check for $7,500 from county commissioner George R. Peterson III on Sept. 11 in the county courthouse. Peterson was acting on behalf of the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, whose members provided the donation.
