Wolverine Trails

PARTICIPANTS practice during a Dec. 14 instructional session on cross country skiing in Ironwood Township. The annual "Ladies Lunch and Learn to Ski" event took place at Wolverine Nordic Ski Trails. According to Deb Leonard of Wolverine, lessons were offered for beginner to intermediate skiers. She said participants worked on technique for either classic or skate skiing with goals of boosting confidence and developing a ski technique foundation. Afterward was a soup and salad lunch.
